National Incheon National University (President Park Jong-tae) Lifelong Education Triber City (Center Director Ha Byung-hoon) won the highest score among eight universities and received a "very excellent (95.45)" rating in the "2024 Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of Citizen Life College Campus Operation Project" organized by the Incheon Human Resources Lifelong Education Center.

Ha Byung-hoon, director of Incheon National University's Lifelong Education Triber City, said, "I'm glad that my efforts to educate Incheon citizens' culture and arts, which are relatively poor compared to Seoul, have been recognized this time," adding, "We will continue to faithfully play our role as a national university that leads lifelong learning in the field of culture and arts."

Incheon National University's Lifelong Education Triber City has been selected as a citizen life college campus operation project since 2022 and has been carrying out the project for three years. In particular, Incheon National University's Lifelong Education Triber City is a regional hub culture and arts civic university for Incheon citizens, with more than 1,400 people visiting as a culture and arts regional-linked event, and a total of 823 people have completed it so far.

In addition, he received consecutive Incheon Mayor Awards from 2022 to 2023 for his meritorious achievements in revitalizing Incheon Citizens' University and for his cooperation in building an Incheon learning ecosystem. In 2023, he received the Incheon Metropolitan City President's Award (individual) at the Incheon Lifelong Learning Awards, re-inventing the project and contributing to the creation of results in the lifelong learning field in Incheon.

Incheon National University's Lifelong Education Triber City is also running 25 education courses for Incheon citizens in 2024, and plans a comprehensive culture and arts festival (tentative name) and an art and start-up flea market sponsorship event on Nov. 15.
