Incheon National University (President Park Jong-tae) held the "2024 1st INU Science Festival" at Songdo Campus Welfare Center (House 11), Hall 7 and Hall 8 and Hall 6 for two days from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on September 24-25.


The INU Science Festival is an event held to share the achievements of engineering education innovation and to promote the pride of science and engineering professionals to present the future vision of engineering.


For the first time this year, Incheon National University's five science and engineering colleges (technical colleges, natural sciences colleges, information technology colleges, urban science colleges, and life science and technology colleges), the LINC3.0 Project Group, the Future Automotive Convergence Innovation Center, the Startup Support Group, the Employment Career Development Institute (University Job Plus Center), and the Field Practice Support Center were jointly hosted. 


Major events included the 20th Creative Comprehensive Design Competition, the 1st Entrepreneurship Competition, Self-made Electric Vehicle Driving Competition, OPEN LAB for each college, the interim (final) presentation of research results of undergraduate research experience programs at colleges, and the promotion of LINC3.0 business groups. In addition, there are start-up clubs flea market and start-up counseling, INU job fair "senior mentoring" and career counseling, work-study parallel and general field practice counseling, and various programs such as preparing events at student meetings of each science and engineering college. 


More than 2,000 students attended the first INU Science Festival event in 2024, completing the event with great success. 




An event official at Incheon National University said, "The INU Science Festival is expected to help students interested in engineering to promote engineering thinking, provide motivation and information on engineering research, and help students pioneer their career paths through employment, start-ups and research information."
